The Board of Trustees meets the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the community building.

 

The Architectural Control Committee meets the first Monday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in the community building.

 

AT THE LBVCA OFFICE

1.      Notary Service is provided free to all property owners.

2.      Key cards for access to the community building/library are available for a fee of $2.00. Access is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Parents must accompany children.

3.      Tennis court keys are available for $1.00. Please keep court locked at all times.

4.      Lost Bridge Village phone directories are available for $5.00. New directories are printed each spring.

5.      Copier fees:  $0.15 per copy, $0.25 two sides, $0.40 for 11x17.

6.      FAX service available for $1.00 per page to send. No fee to receive.

7.      Boat/RV storage spaces available at Lost Bridge Storage, Inc. Property owners receive discounted pricing if rentend through LBVCA. Call LBV office for complete details.

8.      Village hall rental available to all property owners. Check at office for details.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

1.      Hobbits Club meets the first Wednesday of the month. Membership is $10.00.

2.      Crafters Unlimited is an area women’s sewing, quilting, hooking and craft club that meets each monday of the month at the Village Hall. Call the office for contact info.

3.      The Village Social Committee holds a dinner/activity on the first Saturday of each month. Calling committee members contact each resident for each social with details and costs. Sign up with the social committee to assist with one of the events.

MISCELLANEOUS

1.      Fire insurance class code for Lost Bridge Village is a 7.

2.      The LBVCA Update publication is published six times a year.
The update is available on our website or you can chose to receive it via email.
Contact the office to be added to the Newsletter distribution list.

3.      The annual meeting for LBVCA is held the 2^nd Saturday in March.
